Fung Yuen Property Limited has specialised in the rental and sale of village houses across Hong Kong’s New Territories since 1993. The new website needed to express that local knowledge while helping prospective tenants and buyers move naturally from browsing to enquiry.
Property customers compare location, layout and practical details quickly. The experience was organised around clear listing hierarchy and image-led discovery, reducing the visual noise that can make a broad catalogue difficult to scan on desktop or mobile.
The final direction combines a warmer editorial character with consistent listing patterns and accessible contact routes. It gives the company a modern digital presence without losing the direct, local quality of its established service.
