Capital Exchange Limited operates from the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui, serving international businesses, shoppers and travellers. The project translated that physical service into a mobile application where essential information and exchange actions could be reached without unnecessary friction.
Financial services require clarity at every step. The interface needed to make rates, requests and confirmations easy to understand while giving the application enough visual restraint to feel dependable rather than promotional or complicated.
The resulting design uses focused screens, concise actions and familiar mobile conventions to connect customers with the exchange service. The system gives each task room to breathe while maintaining a consistent visual language from entry to confirmation.
